East Warrington PCN welcome any feedback that will help us to tranform and design services that best meet our patient needs. We regularly communicate with patients via surveys , forms and text messages.
We sent out a survey to all patients in October 23 and a follow up in March 24 regarding patient experiences of accessing and making appointments at their GP surgery.This feedback was used to help shape improvement work throughout 23/24 and monitor patient satification.
