You may receive a letter, email, or text message from NHS England, supported by PCSE, asking you to confirm your home address. This is part of routine NHS work to keep patient records up to date.
What to look out for:
– Emails come from: NHS Confirm your address <nhs.confirm.your.address@notifications.service.gov.uk> or <noreply.nhs.confirm.your.address@nhs.net>
– Text messages come from: NHSdetails (no links included – for security)
– Letters will be clearly marked as from the NHS
